Capt John is the best!! We had a great morning trip with him. His boat is clean, fishing gear was all new, and he was standing there waiting to re bait your hook as soon as you pulled a line in. He was able to get us on several flounder (all released), a black drum and a slot red drum in 90 degree temps in July. Capt John knows the waters well, would definitely recommend him!

Had a great time. My fiancee had never been on a fishing boat and the captain was patient in teaching her and celebrated her catches with her, making it a really good time for both of us. Already planning on going back in May.

We went out today with Captain John and had the best time ever! We caught some black drum but the best time was just riding on the boat and joking around with the Capt. He’s a hoot! Extremely personable. We highly recommend renting a charter with Ol Blue Fishing Charters.
